Antique 14K Gold French Enamel Rose Cut Diamond Pearl Lady Goddess Portrait Ring

For your consideration this lovely late 19th century 14K gold French enamel Goddess Diana portrait rose cut diamond & pearl ring.

Presented in typical classical design, inset with a red enamel pattern with tiny black French Fleur de Lis patterns in the background. The center oval enameled panel depicts the Roman Goddess of the hunt Diana. She is wearing a breathtaking golden floral motif wreath on her head with a single rose cut diamond below her neck fastening of her stola. Symmetrically bordering the circular frame are four lustrous round pearls.

The ring probably originates in France and dates from the 1890 period but could be a little later as these items were fashionable up to 1914. Ring is a size 5.75 and measures 7/8" in diameter and is hallmarked and tested 14K with a total weight of 8 grams. 

Ring is presented in very good overall condition with light scratches, features lovely vivid enamel colors, shows normal wear for age. (See magnified photos)
